The actress said she is keen to reteam with Drew Barrymore and Cameron Diaz for a third outing based on the 1970s TV show.
Commenting on her close friendship with her co-stars, she said: "I do see them. All the time. I'd love to do another Charlie's Angels film. That would be so much fun."
Liu played socialite Alex Munday in the original 2000 movie and 2003 sequel Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle.
She recently voiced the character Viper in animated comedy Kung Fu Panda.
