'Dark Knight' storms UK box office

Christian Bale's superhero movie took nearly four times as much as Abba musical Mamma Mia!, which slipped to second.
Elsewhere, there were new entries for Gurinder Chadha's teen movie Angus, Thongs And Perfect Snogging at four and comedy Baby Mama at ten.
