Myers working on 'Austin Powers 4'

New rumours have emerged claiming that Mike Myers is writing Austin Powers 4.

According to Deadline Hollywood Daily, Myers and Michael McCullers have begun work on a script that focuses on Dr. Evil's relationship with his son Scott (Seth Green).

"It's very personal with a father and son theme loosely based on his own life," a source is quoted as saying.

McCullers, who co-wrote the second and third franchise instalments with Myers, previously denied that a fourth film was in the works.

The Austin Powers series has grossed more than $670 million at the worldwide box office.
