Warner Bros has picked up the film rights to the book Drink, Play, F@#K, says The Hollywood Reporter.
The unpublished fictional story focuses on the newly-divorced Bob Sullivan who, after being left by his wife, embarks on a hedonistic tour of the globe.
Andrew Gottlieb's book is described as a male response to Eat, Pray, Love, Elizabeth Gilbert's memoir of her failed marriage. Julia Roberts is attached to play the lead role in a film adaptation for Paramount.
Gottlieb is a writer on the upcoming IFC series Z Rock, a satirical look at the life of rock stars.
