Pegg is in negotiations to play a British lieutenant, Kinski a famous German film actress, and Krumholtz a member of the US Nazi hunters.
It has been confirmed that Brad Pitt will take on the role of Aldo Raine, with Eli Roth and B.J. Novak also expected to join the cast.
Inglorious Bastards will begin production on October 13 in Germany. Tarantino is aiming to premiere the movie at next year's Cannes Film Festival.
