Ratner steering 'Mother's Day' remake

Darren Lynn Bousman is in line to direct the film, with the screenplay coming from P2's Franck Khalfoun.
Charles Kaufman's original movie focuses on three women whose camping trip to the woods results in their abduction by two men to impress their unhinged mother.
Bousman's directing work includes the last three Saw instalments and the upcoming Repo! The Genetic Opera.
