Three more added to 'Edge Of Darkness'

Danny Huston, Shawn Roberts and Bojana Novakovic have been added to the cast of Mel Gibson thriller Edge Of Darkness, says The Hollywood Reporter.

Based on a 1985 BBC drama, the film focuses on homicide detective Thomas Craven (Gibson) as he uncovers government and corporate cover-ups when his daughter is murdered. Novakovic will play Craven's daughter, Roberts her heartbroken boyfriend and Huston an untrustworthy businessman.

Robert De Niro is in final talks to star in the film.

Martin Campbell, director of the original series, will helm the remake from a script by William Monahan and Andrew Bovell.
