'Tropic Thunder' tops US box office

The war comedy debuted to a £26 million gross, ending The Dark Knight's month-long reign at the top of the chart.
The top ten also featured new entries in the form of Star Wars: The Clone Wars (number three), Mirrors (number four) and Woody Allen's latest, Vicky Cristina Barcelona (number ten).
Last week's number two Pineapple Express slipped to number five while The Mummy: Tomb Of The Dragon Emperor fell to number six.
