Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky have signed up to script Columbia Pictures' comedy Bad Teacher.
The duo, who are co-exec producers on the American version of The Office, are currently working on Harold Ramis comedy Year One.
Bad Teacher is based on the story of a gold-digging teacher who attempts to woo a colleague after splitting from her rich boyfriend. However, she must compete with the school's model teacher to win her latest target's affections.
It will be produced by Jimmy Miller, reports Variety.
