Clooney in talks for Reitman's 'Air'

George Clooney is in talks to star in Up In The Air, Jason Reitman's adaptation of Walter Kirn's corporate satire novel.

According to Variety, the DreamWorks movie will feature Clooney as businessman Ryan Bingham, who becomes obsessed with the idea of racking up one million frequent flier miles.

Juno director Reitman penned the film's screenplay and will produce along with Ivan Reitman, Tom Pollock, Joe Medjuck, Jeff Clifford, Daniel Dubiecki and Ted Griffin.

Clooney's upcoming roles include a CIA agent in the Coen brothers comedy Burn After Reading and voicing the title role in The Fantastic Mr. Fox.
