Two writers hired for 'The Boys'

Columbia Pictures has signed up two writers for comic book adaptation The Boys.
Phil Hat and Matt Manfredi, whose credits include Aeon Flux and teen drama Crazy/Beautiful, will script the ultra-violent Wildstorm vehicle.
A director has not been confirmed yet.
The Boys, which is drawn by Darick Robertson, follows CIA agents who watch over the activities of superheroes, killing them off when necessary.
