Felton, who plays Draco Malfoy, claimed that the stars are often required to "keep things under their hats" because of their young fanbase.
He told DS: "I feel slightly under pressure. When we're in the studios there's kids coming around all day.
"It's not so bad for me as Draco because he's a bad character, but there are these kids that look up to the cast.
"There's definitely a feeling that you need to keep things under your hat."
The 20-year-old added: "There's also the pride of working for Warner Bros. We don't want to make an a**e of ourselves and demoralise the producers."
Speaking about his career plans beyond Potter, Felton said: "Mark my words, if you see me in two years stacking shelves in Tesco, I wouldn't be surprised.
"There's a mixture of relief and disappointment. It's a relief because the end is in sight, but equally terrifying is that I don't know what I'm going to do afterwards. I've no idea."
Felton will play as part of the England team in Sunday's UNICEF Soccer Aid event, which airs on ITV at 6pm.
