Ben Affleck is in talks to star in financial drama The Company Men.
The movie is to be written, directed and produced by John Wells, an award-winning writer-producer on TV series ER and The West Wing.
Affleck is considering playing a lead role in the film, which tells the story of a man who has been laid off from work and must cope with the financial consequences and repercussions at home. The movie calls for a second male protagonist, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Aflleck is also thought to be writing, directing and starring in The Town for Warner Bros.
