Warner Bros confirms 'Yogi Bear' film

The popular bear character's first big screen outing will be directed by Ash Brannon.
Joshua Sternin and Jeffrey Ventimilia will script.
The original cartoon series followed Yogi and best friend Boo Boo's lives in Jellystone Park, where they were always causing problems for Ranger Smith.
Yogi first appeared as a cameo character in The Huckleberry Hound Show in 1958. He was given his own series three years later.
