Erin Brockovich writer Susannah Grant will pen a remake of the 2004 Korean-Japanese drama A Moment To Remember.
The Oscar-nominee will script the movie, which focuses on a woman suffering from Alzheimer's disease, for CBS Films.
"It is earnest but sweet, and that is very hard to find," CBS Films president Mark Amin told Variety. "There is no schedule yet; we've only just hired the writer."
The project originated as a 2001 TV series, Pure Soul.
