The 1963 California Spyder is expected to fetch up to £3.5 million at auction, reports ITN.
A 1955 Ford Thunderbird which belonged to John Travolta will be among 100 lots at the event, as will the Cadillac limousine used in the 1959 wedding of Prince Albert II and Princess Paola of Belgium.
The auction will take place on Wednesday at London's Battersea Park.
