Queen 'amused' by new British comedy

According to star Samantha Bond, the monarch gave the royal seal of approval to the British movie at its charity premiere.
"I have never met [the Queen] before. We discussed the chilliness of filming on the Isle of Man in February," she said.
Bond added that the Queen described the plot, which concerns an amateur performance of King Lear, as "quite amusing".
The movie, which also stars Derek Jacobi, is released on December 19.
