50 Cent to star in British gangland film

The project, which is part-funded by footballers Rio Ferdinand and Ashley Cole, will also star Danny Dyer, Tamar Hassan, Brenda Blethyn and Monet Mazur.
Alex De Rakoff will direct the movie, which will follow an ex-con (Dyer) who has 24 hours to pay back a loan shark (50 Cent) a hundred grand.
It began shooting earlier this week in London, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
