The Lord of the Rings has scored yet more victories this evening, making the possibility of a clean sweep more realistic
In addition to wins for achievement in art direction and achievement in costume design, the movie has gone on to earn a further three awards for achievement in makeup, achievement in sound mixing and achievement in visual effects.
The big awards - best picture and best director - are yet to come.
