'Mamma Mia!' shatters DVD records

The Abba musical, which stars Meryl Streep and Pierce Brosnan, shifted 1.7 million copies on its first day of release on Monday. The record was previously held by Titanic, which sold 1.1 million copies on its 1998 debut.
The Full Monty, Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire and
Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace have also recorded strong first-day sales.
Mamma Mia! is still in the top 15 at the UK box office. It's £67.8 million cinema takings have made it more successful than blockbuster The Dark Knight and the biggest UK theatrical release of all time.
