Judi Dench wins European Film Award

A 50-year veteran of stage and screen, Dench won the lifetime achievement award at Saturday's ceremony in Copenhagen.
"I'm completely overwhelmed, thank you for your kindness. It is an incredible thing to receive this award and I'm truly grateful," said Dench after receiving the honour from her Casino Royale co-star Mads Mikkelsen.
Gomorrah took home gongs in the Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Screenplay and Best Cinematography categories.
Kristin Scott Thomas (Best Actress for I've Loved You So Long) and Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix (People's Choice Award) were also honoured on the night.
