House actress Olivia Wilde has signed up for sci-fi sequel TR2N.

Wilde, who plays Thirteen in Fox's medical drama, will play the female lead in the long-awaited follow-up to 1982's Tron.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Beau Garrett will also star in the movie.

Garrett will play a siren, while Wilde is cast as a worker who helps fight the evil Master Control Programme in a digital world. Jeff Bridges confirmed in October that he would reprise his role as hacker Kevin Flynn.

Bruce Boxleitner is not expected to return to play the role of Tron in the Joseph Kosinski-helmed movie.
