Keanu Reeves's sci-fi remake The Day The Earth Stood Still enters at two, while Adam Sandler's latest comedy Bedtime Stories charts at three.
Last week's number one Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa falls to fourth and Baz Lurhmann's epic Australia slips to fifth.
