'Marley' retains US box office lead

The Jennifer Aniston comedy, which revolves around a couple who adopt a hyperactive puppy, pulls in $24 million to hold on to first place over the New Year period.
With no new releases, the top seven movies are unchanged from last week - Bedtime Stories, The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button, Valkyrie and Yes Man round out the top five.
Elsewhere, Meryl Streep's Doubt rises two places to number eight and Slumdog Millionaire makes its top ten debut as it expands its release.
