Pegg, Frost confirmed for 'Tintin'

Simon Pegg and Nick Frost have reportedly signed up to play the Thompson Twins in the new Tintin movie.

According to Ain't It Cool News, the Hot Fuzz stars will team up with Andy Serkis, who will wear a performance capture suit for his role as Captain Haddock.

The lead role in the film has yet to be cast after Thomas Sangster dropped out.

It was reported in November that the proposed trilogy of movies based on Tintin will be co-financed by Sony and Paramount after Universal opted out.
