According to Us Weekly, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristen Davis and Cynthia Nixon have all negotiated deals to reprise their roles on the big screen.
"Not all the contracts are signed, but everyone is on board," said a source. "It just happened."
Speculation about the project was fuelled last November, when Cattrall told The Paul O' Grady Show that Sex And The City 2 would definitely happen.
Last year, Parker revealed that she would only commit to a sequel if the script was right, saying: "If we can't tell a story that's really worthy of an audience, then we won't do it."
Sex And The City: The Movie grossed over £280 million worldwide.
