The currently untitled Universal project has previously confirmed Meryl Streep, Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin among the cast. The plot will follow Baldwin and Martin competing for Streep's affections, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Weeds star Parrish will play Streep's youngest son, while Kazan, who appears in Revolutionary Road, plays the middle child.
Bell, who recently starred in What Happens In Vegas, will play Baldwin's young wife, who is desperate to have a baby with him.
Meyers's credits include Something's Gotta Give, The Holiday, What Women Want and the Father Of The Bride franchise.
