The O.C. star Chris Carmack (Luke Ward) is "in talks" to appear in a new romantic comedy, the Coming Soon website reports.
Carmack would appear opposite Amanda Bynes in Lovewrecked, to be directed by Randal Kleiser (The Blue Lagoon),
Bynes plays an 18-year-old who is ecstatic when she learns her favourite rock star (Carmack) is staying at the tropical resort where she has a summer job. When they are thrown overboard during a cruise, they find themselves stranded on what they think is a remote beach.
