'Madea' beats 'Jonas Bros' at US BO
Madea Goes To Jail has retained its place at the top of the US box office.

Tyler Perry's cross-dressing comedy emerges as the number one movie over the weekend, beating off competition from Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience.

Buoyed by its Oscar success, Slumdog Millionaire climbs to number three, while Taken and He's Just Not That Into You round out the top five.

Elsewhere, video game adaptation Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li fails to make much of an impression with US filmgoers, landing at number eight.
