Horne reveals KY Jelly 'LVK' secret

Mat Horne has said that the producers used KY Jelly to create the "goop" in Lesbian Vampire Killers.

Speaking about the special effects used in his new movie, the comic said that he managed to avoid getting too messy on set.

"James [Corden] does spend a lot of the film completely covered in this goop," Horne told This Morning. "He hated it, but it was quite enjoyable for me to watch because I stayed pretty goop-free!

"The goop come from the vampires, they have this instead of blood. It was made from a mixture of KY Jelly and white flocky - some sort of wallpaper paste I think."

Lesbian Vampire Killers is released at cinemas on Friday.
