The movie centres on a couple involved in a long-distance relationship who decide to break off their romance and date people closer to home, says Variety.
Nanette Burstein (American Teen) will direct the movie from a script by first-timer Geoff LaTulippe.
Long recently appeared in He's Just Not That Into You and can next be seen in Sam Raimi horror Drag Me To Hell.
