The Magnum P.I. actor joins Ashton Kutcher and Katherine Heigl in the project. Other additions to the cast include Catherine O'Hara and Martin Mull.
Five Killers tells the story of a hitman (Kutcher), who goes into retirement after falling in love with a computer technician (Heigl). Years later, the pair are forced to go on the run when he finds out that someone has a hit out on him.
Selleck and O'Hara will play Heigl's overprotective parents. Mull is cast as Kutcher's handler.
Shooting starts in France and Atlanta later this month, with a June 2010 release scheduled.
