John Cusack: 'My sister is hilarious'

John Cusack has said that his sister and occasional co-star Joan is a hilarious person and powerful screen presence.

The Grosse Point Blank star told London Lite that he tried to avoid his sibling when the cameras were rolling on his recent self-penned movie War, Inc.

John said: "She's genuinely a hilarious person. I try to get out of the way when I'm on screen with her because I know I'm going to get run over."

Of fellow actor Sir Ben Kingsley, he added: "I've admired him for years and it's a good day at the office when you can think: 'Here I am in a Bulgarian garbage truck making a political satire with Sir Ben Knigsley.'"

Last year, John said that he was surprised by the acting talents of the "charismatic and wonderful" Hilary Duff, who also appears in War, Inc.
