Latifah tapped for rom-com 'Just Wright'

Queen Latifah will lead the cast of Fox Searchlight's romantic comedy Just Wright, reports Variety.

The story, described as a contemporary take on Cinderella, involves a physical therapist who falls for a basketball player she is helping to recover from a serious injury.

Just Wright, which will go into production in May, was initially set up at Disney six years ago. Searchlight picked up the rights after Disney dropped out as backers.

Latifah's last big screen role was in drama The Secret Life Of Bees.
