Sarah Jessica Parker has declined to give any hints about what will happen in the sequel to the movie Sex And The City.

The actress revealed to Us magazine that the film will attempt to be recession-friendly to fit in with the economic climate.

However, she refused to deliver any secrets about how Carrie Bradshaw's relationship with Mr Big (Chris Noth) will develop. "In a million years I'm not going to give you an indication," she said. "I want someone to show up that first weekend."

Asked if children might be on the cards for the on-screen couple, Noth teased: "[Producers] are probably thinking about that, but I don't know."

Cynthia Nixon, who has also signed up to the second instalment along with Kim Cattrall and Kristin Davis, revealed her hopes for her character Miranda Hobbes.

"I would love to see her and Carrie and Charlotte and Samantha all go off on some wild madcap adventure somewhere," she said.

Michael Patrick King has been working on a script and filming will reportedly begin this summer for a 2010 release.
