'Karate Kid' redo retitled 'Kung Fu Kid'

The Rush Hour star, who will play martial arts mentor Mr. Miyagi in the '80s reworking, told 3 News: "They don't want to call it Karate Kid anymore. They want to call it Kung Fu Kid."
Jaden Smith, the son of actor Will, will take on the role made famous by Ralph Macchio in the original movies.
Harold Zwart (The Pink Panther 2) is directing, with Will Smith acting as producer.
