Jeanne Tripplehorn cast in 'Morning'

The actress, best known for her roles in 1992 thriller Basic Instinct and HBO’s Big Love, will be directed by her real-life husband Leland Orser.
Orser has written the screenplay for the project and will appear on screen, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Laura Linney, Elliot Gould, Jason Ritter, Kyle Chandler, Julie White and Charlie McDermott have also been cast in the independent feature.
Tripplehorn will portray a mother coping with the loss of her child, with Linney as the grief counselor enlisted to help her deal with the mourning process.
Morning is based upon a short film written and directed by Orser. Shooting will begin this month in Los Angeles.
