The title, written by Steven Grant and drawn by Mat Santolouco, centres on a DEA agent and a naval intelligence officer who discover that they are pawns in a mob plot to steal $50 million from the CIA.
The project is believed to be similar in style to the buddy cop movies of the '80s that included Lethal Weapon and 48 Hrs.
Marc Platt (Wanted) will produce the film alongside Boom! duo Andrew Cosby and Ross Richie, says The Hollywood Reporter.
