Harrison Ford, Rachel McAdams, Diane Keaton and Jeff Goldblum are already signed up for the Paramount project.
The movie follows the story of a producer (McAdams) who clashes with veteran TV anchors (Ford and Keaton) as she attempts to revive their struggling breakfast show. Wilson will play McAdams's love interest.
Scripted by Aline Brosh McKenna, shooting begins in New York next month. Roger Michell is attached to direct.
