Chung, Malone land 'Sucker Punch' roles

Jamie Chung and Jena Malone have joined the all-female cast in Zach Snyder's Sucker Punch, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The duo join Emily Browning, Vanessa Hudgens and Abbie Cornish in the Warner Bros action fantasy project.

Sucker Punch is based around inmates at an all-girl insane asylum in the 1950s, who slip into a fantasy reality to escape incarceration. The Watchmen director has described the film as "Alice In Wonderland with machine guns".

Chung will play "county girl with a big heart" Amber, while Malone is cast as Abbie Cornish's younger sister.
