Bill Milner has admitted that he is enjoying listening to Ian Dury And The Blockheads as part of research for a movie role.

The actor, who stars opposite Michael Caine in this week's Is Anybody There?, will play Dury's son in the forthcoming biopic of the rock star.

"In May I'll be filming a film called Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll, which is about Ian Dury," he told DS. "I'll be playing his son Baxter. I've been listening to a bit of his music and doing a bit of research, which is fun."

Andy Serkis will star as Dury, with Ray Winstone, Naomie Harris, Noel Clarke, Olivia Williams, Toby Jones and MacKenzie Crook among the supporting cast.
