Samantha Morton to star in Capote movie

British actress Samantha Morton and Chris Cooper are apparently close to signing a deal to star in a new film revolving around controversial author Truman Capote.
The movie will be based on a biography written about the author. Capote is best known for his book In Cold Blood, which details the murders of a Kansas family.
If negotiations go as planned, Morton will play Harper Lee, author of To Kill A Mockingbird, a friend of Capote's.
Filming is due to start in the autumn.
