The movie, called The Martian Child centres around a sci-fi writer whose wish to be a father results in him adopting a seven-year-old boy. However, there seems to be something strange about the child, and it seems that he could well be an alien.
The Martian Child is based on a short story written by David Gerrold and will begin filming later this year.
