'Star Wars' rumours denied

Rumours of a third trilogy in the Star Wars franchise have been rife this week, but Lucasfilm, the company behind the movies, are denying that there is any truth in them.
The rumours stemmed from an anonymous source on the fansite TheForce.Net, claiming that employees of Industrial Light And Magic, Lucas' special effects company, had signed non-disclosure agreements preventing them from speaking out about the existence any plans to film Episodes VII, VIII and IX. Going by the theory that there is no smoke without fire, this drove people to the conclusion that such plans exist.
However, Lucasfilm spokesperson Lynn Fox told E! Online that the rumours are unfounded. "The rumours are absolutely untrue...Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith is our last and final instalment."
