Jovovich will play the wife of Norton's convicted arsonist who seduces De Niro's parole officer character, says Screen Daily.
John Curran (The Painted Veil) is directing the movie from a script by Junebug's Angus MacLachlan.
The project, which will reunite The Score stars De Niro and Norton, is the first from Mimran Schur Pictures. The firm was set up earlier this year by private investor David Mimran and former Geffen Records chief Jordan Schur.
