According to E! Online's Marc Malkin, stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner will take to the stage to present the first footage from New Moon.
"Fans can tune in to the show to see sneak peeks from three of the most highly anticipated movies of the year," said show producer Mark Burnett.
"These clips have never been seen before and we're very excited that The Twilight Saga: New Moon is one of them."
Twilight and Slumdog Millionaire lead the nominations for this year's ceremony, which will take place at the Gibson Ampitheatre in Universal City, California, on May 31.
New Moon is scheduled for release in November.
