Gervais 'did Museum for the money'
Ricky Gervais has said that he accepted a role in Night At The Museum 2 for the money.

The comedian told London Lite that he enjoyed making the sequel and would gladly appear in a third instalment if asked to by lead actor Ben Stiller.

Gervais said: "I did it for the money. I just spent two days trying to put Ben off his lines.

"It's fun. I'd do another film with Ben if he asks, though I don't know where it could be set. Maybe a normal museum where nothing comes to life and all you see is the admin. Naturalise it a bit more."

Stiller recently joked that working with Gervais was "much better than nothing".
