Brooke Shields and Dick Van Dyke have joined the cast of family comedy Furry Vengeance, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The Brendan Fraser-lead live-action project will be directed by Cruel Intentions and College Road Trip helmer Roger Kumble.

The Summit and Participant Media film will follow the story of a real estate developer (Fraser) who ends up at war with some racoons when he builds new houses on their Oregon forest. Shields will play the wife of Fraser's character, Tami Sanders.

Ken Jeong, who recently made a cameo appearance in The Hangover, and Samantha Bee are also among the new cast additions.

The movie will be Shields's first big screen outing since 1999 hip-hop drama Black and White.
