Watson: 'Deathly Hallows is totally different'

Emma Watson has revealed that filming the last two Harry Potter instalments was a much different experience than shooting the previous movies.

The 19-year-old, who plays Hermione Granger in the wizard franchise, said that acting in the two-part seventh film Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows is like being involved in a new series altogether, Sci-Fi Wire reports.

She explained: "I feel like I am on a different film. The other films had a structure where it's like we come into the Great Hall, and then it's the opening talk, and... that is just gone.

"It's not very often in the middle of filming you stop yourself and go, 'This is going to be awesome'. And I've done that on a number of occasions."

The actress added that an extra bonus was being able to perform her own stunts, saying: "I've never done anything like it; nothing even close. I have never done any serious stunts or real action, and this is so exciting and dynamic."

It was announced in April that part one of the last of the boy wizard's cinematic adventures will be released on November 19, 2010 and part two will premiere on July 15, 2011.

The sixth film Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince opens in cinemas on July 17.
