Watson: 'I'll have no life after Potter'

Rex Features

Emma Watson has revealed her belief that her life will take a drastic turn after the Harry Potter franchise is complete.

The 19-year-old actress, who plays Hermione Granger in the popular film series, admitted that she is frightened about her future after the chain of wizard films, Contactmusic reports.

She said: "It"s going to sound dramatic, but I feel my life as I know it will be over. My whole life has been about Harry Potter and then all of that will be shut down and I don't know what it will be like."

Watson will be attending New York's Columbia University while shooting last instalment Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows, which is to be released in two parts.

It was previously reported that the star denied that she will quit acting in order to concentrate on her studies.

Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince opens in cinemas on July 17.
